That was not the argument though. He claimed he was "exhausted".
We've seen Luffy huff after using G4 for only a single attack ( vs the Number).....did that mean Luffy was exhausted? Obviously not.
Does using G4 for a single attack mean Luffy has lost a great amount of Haki? Obviously not.
When Zoro used Hiryu Kaen, he used a good of amount of Haki but that doesn't translate to being exhausted. Like I stated and keep emphasizing, we've seen how overuse of Haki looks like for Zoro and that wasn't present during the rooftop. If Zoro after Asura was withered down/loss of body mass, then your point would be valid.

I literally do not press my agenda on others. Having an opinion about what you think is happening is entirely different from what I'm talking about.
For example, @bennbeckman and @Finalbeta believe in ZKK, but don't push an agenda that frames Zoro vs Kaido or ZKK MUST happen. They believe in what they believe and leave it at that. Pushing an agenda is like when people shit on Luffy to justify ZKK or actively bash people for not believing in the idea of ZKK. Pushing an agenda is when you take something that has nothing to do with the argument to argue it.
Me saying Marco might not take Zoro to the roof was a guess a most. You guys are literally sitting here telling me ZKK is confirmed because Luffy is falling off the roof (1 example out of many). Do you not see the difference?

Then I’m personally back to thinking the author has failed to do an adequate job of scaling his own protagonists to the people they’re fighting. A gap this large at this point in time is just poor writing; if Nami can’t figure out a way around Ulti that doesn’t involve one of the four strongest pirates in the world getting pissy over child abuse, that’s a problem.
They are, but again, Oda chose to set the four of them up for battle...if he knew there was no way for Nami and Usopp to get around those two and it was always gonna be Linlin who smacked them down, why waste all the time building our main characters up? Why give Nami the big declaration only to literally renege on it in the next breath?
