Not really, because these guys are only a few months out of their two year timeskip training. Look at what Luffy has had to go through just to stand a chance against his level of competition.
Why should this be different for the other Straw Hats? The Tobbi Roppi and Yonko "Veterans" in general aren't scrubs. These guys have been pirating for decades. Usopp got his ass absolutely handed to him by Trebol on Dressrosa. It wasn't even fair. It would be a terrible handling of scaling if him and Nami are all of a sudden capable of pulling a win out against the third strongest tier characters of the series at this point in the story. They've not undergone really any hardships. or gained any power ups to boost their AP since post skip began.
Oda is making these guys stronger now so when they finally do get a 1 v 1 against an opponent of that caliber, it's believable when they pull off the win. Otherwise Oda would need to significantly lower the level of strength of the like of Ulti and Page One, or power creep the hell out of Nami and Usopp.
