Future Events Kid and Law are going to make Big Mom serious in battle like Luffy does with Kaido

After reading chapter 1013 I thought to myself that as Law and Kid are treated differently from Supernovas if you notice they are the only ones besides Luffy who faced the Yonkos on the roof.

Neither Drake nor Appo nor Hawkins I think Oda wants Kid and Law to become legends in the future as being the only ones who can compete with Luffy in the future.

In addition if you look closely they have devil fruits which can potentially be part of One Piece's most OP fruits. In chapter 1008 Oda had in fact already teased the fight between Law and Kid in front of Big Mom.

It was Kid and Law who knocked Big Mom off the roof And there were already clues to this long before Kid and Big Mom are related by name alone.

Kid and Mom As if a story between a son and a mother must be settled Law is the same.

It's called Trafalgar And what is Trafalgar referring to? Napoleon And what is Big Mom's saber called? Napoleon Everything was actually teased but I didn't see it coming.

Knowing that they are part of the legendary Supernovas trio. I don't think they'll like to be left behind by Luffy that much I think although they don't have abilities that come close to Luffy overall.

Oda will give them powers-ups so that they are not too late compared to Luffy even if it is true they have not had training, not beaten notable person in the new world like a commander or a second it is true. I think Oda is going to give them big things like Big Mom.

We would also have a parallel with Shabondy.

I agree with you about the part that Pda highlights them over the others. But I wouldn’t put law and kid on the same Podest.

For me, and I know I am biased about that, he declares Kid as obvious rival to Luffy. He build Kid as the man Luffy would be if Luffy would be a real pirate and wouldn’t have Plot Armor all the time. Kid is the rougher, the more real version of, Luffy, in my opinion.

Law is above the other SN without any doubt, but he falls behind of these two. Oda already shows this when Luffy and kid had their rivalery about BMs attack, when nobody looked for law. Law is and will be a power horse, he will be a legendary fighter there, but more of a support role.

Yes it is indeed possible and then it is true that unlike Luffy for example Law no longer seems interested in One Piece in fact.

I think the inevitable is Kidd and lufffy vs big mom and kaido though.

I think people are looking at arcs not understanding everything also. I think Oda is taking things from every arc but they won’t play out the same.

So yeah I think law plays a big part and gets advanced observation he won’t be sidelined but the yonko fight isn’t truly his since it’s about who will become king of the pirates.

I highly doubt that Big Mom can be serious, if Oda makes her serious even for a moment, then the entire alliance will be wiped out in split seconds.

Well, as far we know Kaido is using advanced conqueror since when he one shotted Luffy or at least since chapter 1001. One of those were the attack that made Luffy thinking about adv conqueror, I think it was only at 1001 but I bet Kaido one-shotted Luffy with adv conqueror too.

Do you remember Kaido going to Hybrid Form? He was already winning at Dragon Form, he didn't need at all to go Hybrid Form. And just look now he is at human form, maybe he didn't win at Hybrid Form. Human Form so far has the best feats of Kaido.

Kaido was saying he should have cut Luffy's head off instead of throwing him off the Island to show everyone his head, otherwise people will continue to believe that Luffy will come back. Not that he should have killed him earlier in the arc.

Well I think Kaido's objective was to kill him by throwing him into the Ocean as Luffy is a Devil Fruit user after all. But Kaido realized that by not taking his head instead, the people will still hold out hope for Luffy to come back. In war, if you take out the General, the troops scatter and lose hope. Doesn't doesn't have any proof that he just "killed" Luffy by throwing him into the ocean, so the alliance still has hope.

It make sense. So we have him shotting Oden because respected him enough to end his pain but with Luffy he wants him to suffer since drowning takes longer to die than having his head cut off. So Kaido still not respecting Luffy.
