Not really... Zoro only had clashes with Kaido which can be counted in one hand it does not compare to an actual full on fight let alone 1v1 that went for several hours fight between two fights who were close in power.

don’t get me wrong Zoro surely grew stronger yet it’s probably barely gonna be noticeable since he only unlocked basic CoC.

Yes he physically cannot... with his strongest attack he can once again only be capable of doing another scare in Kaido’s neck if he were to have a chance to land a hit.

Lmao, do you realize those are two different things? Do they put people in the guillotine beneath their ribs?

Even if you pretend Hiryu Kaen wouldn't have worked and Kaido dodged for no reason, Tatsumaki and his Asura technique both connected and it was mentioned on panel to cause him damage. A reason that he is able to damage Kaido but not actually kill him would be headcanon

Never said Zoro can’t cut Kaido and cause damage.... simply stating Zoro doesn’t have the strength to cut throughly as in cut his head. If the only thing asura can do is put a scar which in itself not a small feat then lower attacks ain’t doing anything better by far.

Doesn't work like that, cutting through muscle + bone is requires far more force than simply cutting through the first layer of flesh, nobody on Onigashima is strong enough to cut through Kaido's muscle & bone. Zolo in his absolutely strongest state could barely inflict a small scar let alone cut through Kaido's neck muscles & bone.
