Zoro said he wasn't, end of debate. Kaido was wrong about many things during the fight, and is not a swordsmanship expert, Zoro very well may have CoC, but it is not confirmed, intentionally by Oda to spark debate and troll.

You are relying that King comes into Zoro's range to get one shot, which is fucking retarded and will have shit fight choreography, vs. a fight between two flyers. Zoro has already cut Kaido's fire, fighting a fire specialist like King isn't interesting and he can't keep up mobility wise.
