Luffy Pre Marineford was jus a adventure kid that wanted to obtain One Piece and becoming a Pirate King.Oda could go simple way without this shitty ChosEN One trope like others shonens.
Yet again Luffy started hearing others animals from void countty and now together with Momo are destined to bring some destined Dawn or other shit to the world.

Also very shocked no one brought this up. People are saying chopper is soon done. But we literally don't know the side affects of those new rumble balls. The fact that we get a flashback into it added with the fact that it seems to have a new side affects leads me to believe that when time limit is up chopper will more than likely lose control and start using the full extent of postimeskip monster point.

This makes even more sense if we take into consideration those candies Caesar made for the kids. And that when they didn't get their candy on time they rampaged. I see the same happening to monster point chopper
