No they weren’t. Aokiji has only killed one person and many others escaped his ice or survived being frozen. He only crippled Jozu because he was distracted.

Sakazuki literally has an entire scene of him singlehandedly making it rain on Marineford causing immense panic on the battlefield, destroying fleets and boiling the ocean. Also Punk Hazard lol

No because it was filler not manga canon. And no again because I'm talking about DF not users. There is absolute no problem if Smoker DF would be as strong as Ace DF.
Also, Oda even said Akainu DF was the most offensive of OP. Whatever that means, is something to take in consideration. DF does increase people power(or decrease)
Take BB for example, his "Logia"(is not a Logia but Paramecia) was suppose to nerf him (joke right?) imagine BB without that "nerf" he would tank even more damage.
What about Zoans, specially Ancient and Mythical Zoans. Marco tanks a lot because of his DF, King and Queen too.

Sorry, I didn't notice the manga of Smoker vs Ace. I thought you were talking about the anime fight.
Anyway, Ace was just helping Luffy to ran away not fighting Smoker. So it is not stated if his DF is equal or stronger. Definitely not weaker.
Theres no problem at all Smoker DF being equal in terms of power as Aokiji DF. Akainu DF is clearly above.

I guess you didn't understand. I just said there is no problem with Smoker DF being equal Aokiji DF in terms of power. But I don't believe they are, I believe Smoker DF is shit while Aokiji is great.
Main point is, Smoker DF is not equal Ace DF because Ace didn't fought Smoker, he just made Luffy get away. So we can judge based on panels you showed off.
