Who is the strongest character Hybrid Kaido can one shot or low diff IYO?

About "One-Shot"

I think it depends, example : If Katakuri is focused, serious and with his guard up and Kaido uses the attack he used on Luffy, IMO Katakuri dodges. (not one-shot)

Now, if Katakuri is not focused and in rage he is down like Luffy. (one shot)

So, there are different types of one-shot? like you can blitz a guy that is on guard and one-shot him and also one-shot him if his guard is down.

You want to know who is the strongest character that Kaido can one-shot wih his guard up?

It is usually implied the opponent won't be able to block or dodge the hit, but there are other countless alternative scenarios.

In that case, i don't think Jack and Queen would be able to dodge/block but they wouldn't be one-shotted, they'd be down and after a while get up (much like Queen vs BM), King could maybe dodge.

Cracker and Smoothie get One-shotted.

The strongest i can think of right now is Doffy.

Also, i'm not sure what "hybrid Kaido" is but i'm going with Base Kaido Divine Thunder attack.
