I have heard of cases of people allergic to the sunlight, it's called solar urticaria and reddish spots or welts usually appear within minutes of exposure.

Back then they didn't have a clue about disease prevention and spreading. They believed if you drop some blood you should be okay. They had no concept of masks or hygiene like we have today or any access to information on how to combat the thing of that it is even coming
The bloodletting industry was strong back in the day, they would make people drop blood for any reason because the blood was needed as a resource for various goods.

Back then they didn't know a thing about hygiene, everything was dirty. The water was so polluted that it was considered unhealthy to drink water. People were reccomended to drink wine instead, only the healthiest people were supposed to drink water.

Also they DID wear masks(which ended up being useless tho)

Nobles also used powder instead of water to appear clean. Honestly what‘s awful is that a lot of apartment complexes in big cities have bad plumbing systems, too, sometimes, despite us living in such a modern era. It‘s gotten worse during the pandemic because there are fewer workers available.

Our culture is regressing... some ancient cultures had better plumbing systems, more effective agricultural systems and were able to build safer and more beneficial architecture.

The problem are not the few special cases we see even in this thread, the problem is that we have places like India or Brazil which, for one reason (not enough money) or another (moronic president), have very few people vaccinated and that is already coming back to bite us in the ass, the english variant replaced the original virus of Wuhan and now the indian variant is replacing the english one since it is even better in spreading than the mutated english one. Also, since now this new variant is taking ground in England, who is the most vaccinated country in Europe, it seems that Astrazeneca, at the very least (since the UK was vaccinated almost only with this one), is not effective against it.

The point is erasing the virus worldwide before it has the chance to reproduce too much and so evolve and develop new variants better at spreading (and immune to the current vaccines) than the old ones otherwise we will always be running after the virus and his new mutations. But I know this is wishfull thinking.

I blame our culture. All people do is argue about whose opinion is better and the problems other people caused instead of actually trying to fix the problems and make life better for all of us. We could do so much without all that senseless and pointless arguing.

Yes, it's all about who is right and what your political affiliation is, Left vs Right.
Solving problems would be so easy if people decided to work together.

The Chinese Communist Party, they're one of the biggest reasons this pandemic got so out of hand, and also maybe why it started to begin with.
Right now the CCP is the biggest threat to democracy and freedom, their ways are detestable.
It's a reason why you hardly ever hear anything bad about China.
They obviously have something to hide or else they would have allowed a thorough investigation ages ago. I wouldn‘t trust any politician who is somehow profiting from the pandemic, though. Neither from China nor anywhere else in the world.

we're not talking about gun shots mate... you sure you haven't kicked the bucket yet.. Lmao
Maybe we're all already dead?

My husband is an anti-vaxxer actually. His entire family seems to be. Not in the "this vaccine seems a bit rushed" way either but in the "nanomachines in your flu shot" way. They only reason he agreed to get it is because he's still in school and no school in New York state will let you attend without paying substantial fees for not being fully vaccinated (fees equivalent to the cost of an entire semester) or they won't let attend period. He wouldn't have received it otherwise.

For me, it was just a matter of when. I caught a cold the day before getting my first shot, so I had to delay it for a while, but I was always going to get it by June.
