At this point everything is possible and fair, just look at Law. Oda did dirty on making him get clapped by Doffy 3 fucking times 
Now he is fighting an Younko with Kidd
Let's hope Oda doesn't troll us by making him fighting with the suit and making it look like he is completely dependent on it.
The writing is pretty good until now with Sanji's usage of the Raid Suit, pls Oda, don't do that

1- Sanji wouldn't have the ability to sneak between queen and King and try to save Momo .
2- he wouldn't have the ability to survive King's attack .
3- he wouldn't have the ability to run away from Hawkins and Drake while carrying 3 persons .
4- we already saw him in base against Zoan Drake , he couldn't do shit but with RS he could push page one to hybrid and survive his casual push .

But it is a power up, people just don't want him to depend on it completely and develop his base strength without relying completely on what the Raid Suit offers, also the Raid Suit is kinda broken due to the invisibility and the easy flying potential (these are the main factors of why he is able to rescue people so easily).
Well the suit is still a power up but not something he needs to relay on, unless it's called for & sanji wearing it against P1 even though he didn't need it, just shows us that he still cared & appreciate his family, regardless what they did in the past & if you read WCI you can see clearly how things was starting to get better between him & his siblings, them starting to show emotions even if it was only a little, I mean why else would he be testing it out? If he really hated them & saw no change in them ,sanji doesn't hate his family like he says & unlike his siblings he was already strong & will continue to grow stronger on his own, I'm sure during this arc we'll get more clearity on his feelings towards his family/RS pu
Nothing indicates that Sanji depends on it, he is fighting without it now, he stated more than once that the Raid Suit was going to be used to save people and to disguise himself if necessary, and thats what he did until now. If he end up using in a fight it will probably be situational, if he sees the need of using it, it will probably be due to a especific reason (to escape from Queen's plagues for example), this is a way of making him not depend on it completely. Unless Oda wants to turn him into a complete Power Ranger once for all

I’ve said it in other threads but I’ll post it again here because I believe everything you’ve listed here are flaws Sanji needs to overcome. He still isn’t accepting his full self. Sanji is a Vinesmoke. And Judge and his shitty siblings can’t do anything about it. He’s a Vinesmoke and the greatest of all of them whether they want to accept it or not.
I believe the point of Queen’s connection to Judge is to give Sanji a chance to finish the character arc he started in WCI and embrace himself as Vinesmoke Sanji. I think his moment with Momo where Sanji congratulated him on refusing to throw away his Kozuki name is foreshadowing for Sanji’s own growth.
All of the excuses Sanji makes for using his raid suit are still him rejecting who is is. I actually think Sanji not incorporating DJ into his RS yet could be him refusing to embrace both sides of himself but that’s just speculation/headcanon for now.
I believe Sanji is going to start out this fight in Base, but it’s not going to be enough and he’s going to have to accept the RS for real, as a power up. Sanji using the RS for power isn’t a disgrace, it’s him embracing a birthright others tried to take from him. Anyone who wants Sanji to get CoC should embrace it because his Royal linage is his best route he has to it imo. If he’s to get I believe it will be because he’s the first true Germa conqueror in a few hundred years.
People who are worried about the RS meaning he’s weak without it are silly. Who cares? These guys are Pirates and strength is strength by any means necessary. He can reap the benefits and still get stronger himself as well.

Zoro has his swords & new one enma
Why can't sanji have his raid suit through most of the series sanji has consistently being putting his human body on the line more than luffy or zoro who has weapons to help , smh

Pica can't kill even fodder lol, fodder laughs at Pica, Vergo shits on another Vice Admiral like Smoker, Tashigi and random marines, all at once. Only PH Sanji's kicks could make Vergo feel more excited and actually take a time to get up and recompose, unfortunately Smoker's haki blows are too weak.
Then if his Haki bloom in battle, i would want the raid suit to get destroyed. Sanji growth in the entire series has been on his own, not with the help of technology, it should remain as such. In the same manner, he won't use knifes or swords in battle even if he was trained for it under the Vinsmokes and Germa.

Sanji doesn’t have to start liking the rest of the family to accept himself. Owning being Vinesmoke Sanji would be a spit in Judge’s face more than anything because Judge told him not to call himself that. And owning that name while rising in notoriety above Judge and all his other children would be even more of an insult to Judge. Sanji being a Vinesmoke’s got nothing to do with Judge or his approval. It’s about realizing it doesn’t matter because he is who he is.
I think Sanji will continue to get new power ups in his kicks and fire abilities (which may be lineage factor anyway but still doesn’t matter), as well as haki. The suit doesn’t mean Sanji quits growing on his own, it just stacks on top of what he already brings to the table.
