It s a different translation but still the same meaning. A big gaping hole from King would have been lethal to kill someone, Sanji included. If its no problem for Sanji, then why is he thinking about it? Doesn't change the fact that Sanji would have gotten a hole in his stomach regardless if not for the raid suit.
