After the disaster with Nami and Usopp fights(where I kinda wish deep in heart that im totally wrong and they still get a battle later again with great tension again with ulti&pageone), I can understand that people slowly lose their faith for the rest of the arc. Now Oda must really move on with characters like Tama and remind us why we following the strawhats since 20years. Yeah I know side characters should get some build up, we get it, but we enter a dangerous area where the side characters get more and more screentime then our maincharacters. I mean Oda can make a manga about Tama if he want, but I doubt it would even reach 5% of the community.

The best way to handle the situation, give the strawhats the fight with they deserve,give your villains more danger vibe, build up more tension. Kaido so far is great though, let hope from now it going be better, give Tama her one panel speech and end this.

Let me remind you that he couldn't continue to fight Kaido because the broken bones were result of Zoro taking on double Yonko attack.

Oda has always used plot devices and conveniences in One Piece, it makes sense since this is a story based on absurdism.

But Tama has been so fucking bad, and so blatently written in this shit that i just can't deal with it.

My least favorite One Piece character by far.

Yes, i prefer a lot of shitty characters we got along the years over Tama.

I just can't deal with all the conveniences needed to accept her existance.

The right devil fruit, at the right island, at the right time, against the right crew, at the right age for Big Mom to like her, and also at the right time to find her without memories to become friends with Big Mom. And she was also at the right time and place to meet Ace before Luffy, so they would bond over this shit.

It's like destiny over 1000000.
