I think Killer is at BEST YC3 honestly, Dr_Professor83 you really think a Tobi Roppo cant go up there and do what Killer was doing? You people in this forum came to the consensus that Ulti and Page One are sum of the weakest Tobi Roppo....... Ulti took Big Mom and Namis attacks and was still able to fight after that.

If Ulti one of the weakest Tobi Roppo can do all this , You dont think Sasaki and Who's Who could do what Killer was doing on that rooftop?
This is literally all killer did......

I dont have a bias against Killer im just looking at things objectively honestly.

Feats wise if the others scale up from Ulti no question they should blow Killer out of the water. Though I actually don’t expect the stronger F6 to have the opportunity to match Ulti’s feats either. I’ll still have her below them because of portrayal but there’s probably nothing a character like Sasaki can do fighting Franky to surpass all that Ulti did.

I’m asking if from a portrayal standpoint if one of the characters Oda picked to be the face of the worst generation vs Kaido makes sense to not be commander level. It may be a flaw in my own logic, but I value portrayal over feats when it makes more sense to. For example Mihawk at Marinford. Feat wise he didn’t look that impressive (of course we can say he wasn’t really trying and I don’t believe he was). Sengoku couldn’t even take out Pre TS Luffy at Marineford but I still value him highly.

For Kidd to be any semblance of a rival to Luffy, even a Vegeta type rival. Can his right hand, his Zoro, really be no better than Jimbe? Luffy’s third best man?

I think this is a matter if us valuing portrayal vs feats differently. I would move Killer down below commander level if he would have displayed “anti feats”. If the Yonko would have singled him out as vastly inferior or if he would have been used as a hype tool. Portrayal wins out unless a character continues to display feats or anti feats to the extent I have to move them.
