I personally don't consider bounties as a major power level indicative even within yonko crews, aside from the notion they proved good indicatives to dictate who the strongest combatant is for example.

For instance in the BPMs Katakuri's bounty is almost equally distant with Cracker than Cracker's is with Perospero (even though we are not factoring proportions, but just sum) but to me it looks like the gap separating Cracker with Katakuri is less large than the one separating Cracker with Perospero.

It's not just the bounty. There are a lot of other points in support of that too that I mentioned.

Also, regarding the bounties, Queen's bounty was only ever brought up with respect to his combat ability.

Queen's bounty has been mentioned a few times and all the times it was used to hype up his strength.
* When Linlin temporarily knocked Queen out, they hyped her as having one-shot a 1.32B guy
* When Marco was holding off Queen and King, he said that holding off 2 guys with bounties above 1 Billion is hard

As a billion class pirate he's a solid cut above Smoothie and co.
