If anything this shows CP0 members are not that strong

Dragon hyped the new recruits of CP0 saying that they've become very strong recently which obviously refers to Lucci and Kaku + they made a Yonkou back off.

The medicine heals you in exchange for your endurance… Zoro will start feeling double pain immediately after getting healed

If the damage is not there and the pain kicks in immediately then all Zoro needs to is witstand the surge of pain as it happens, and then he can start fighting with no damage and no pain

As in when the effect of the medicine wears off, you get double pain… The effect being the healing…. so Zoro will enter the fight with Half his regular endurance

If the pain is a magical after effect with no injuries, then it will not be lasting.

It's only a continuous effect normally because injuries are still there after the fact to still provide some amount of pain. But if Chopper heals him, then Zoro would feal the pain at one point in time and will just have to pull through that momentary suffering.

And technically Zoro will be at 100%. Technically. But the moment he starts fighting, his endurance will be Halfed. Every attack he takes from the moment he is healed will be doing double pain. This time a Hakai will knock Zoro out or even kill him. Stuff like that

No man, it's like with Kuma, but this time just the pain.

So Zoro will feel it hurts like hell the moment it happens, but it will not have lingering effects because the body is in fact not damaged.

So basically Zoro just get's taxed with a world of hurt for a limited amount of time, in exchange for getting back to 100% afterwards.
