unpopular opinion, doflamingo right now vs katakuri ends as a draw. doflamingo had seastone cuffs training in prison like luffy and Kidd that improved his stats like stamina and stuff. and ''parasite'' is a very good way to counter katakuri's FS. it's same way how warlords return in the story stronger, like how crocodile was much stronger then alabsta version in marineford.
