It says Zoro will be healed instantly and once the effects wears off he will suffer twice as much pain. That means he would be healed in a short amount of time and once he's finished healing he's going to feel twice as much pain. It doesn't say he will feel pain later on.

Explain to me why Page One vanished for a whole week (until the start of act 3) if he was sent along with X-Drake and Hawkins to catch the "Soba cook"? He atleast got wrecked and needed to recover, since Sanji was also worried about the city destruction and Hawkins/Drake arriving and ending up knowing who he truly is (as Law told him), that was the point of using the Raid Suit, to disguise himself.
