It will be fun to see you try to rationalize King giving Zoro high diff 
Why aren't there fights and bounties shown together then ?

Just like i had to damage control my claim that 5 SN vs 2 Yonko on the roof is not the final fight, or that Zoro will come down from the roof, or that Sanji will fight Queen

King is a bit stronger than Queen they are not equal.
King and Queen are a lot stronger than Jack
and way stronger than Perospero level Who's Who
Your grandmaster agrees that it's difficult to pick between having to try to get past either King or Queen
Marco's speaks of them in the same breath about how difficult it is to face such monsters
And without their Hybrids they managed to exhaust his recovery in like half an hour
From their authority over the F6 as the only Beast Pirates to directly command them, to how they both tower over Jack or get hyped up by Zoro or Marco, King and Queen are exceptional.
