Nah in the last vivrecard about the Whitebeard pirates, Vista and Marco get portrayal as the strongest members if I remember correctly, I assume Vista could have a higher bounty then Jozu.

Vista just got along with Marco and the others (as in the previous vivre cards Ace and Jozu) vista is an important member of the crew.

Since these three are the only commanders who get hyped with their captain in the ýonkou bounty chapter, I easily assume more then King and Queen who didn´t get mentioned.
In case if King has 1.4B, I can see this:
