The crew did have the potential of being one of the strongest if only Ace stopped relying on his flame fruit and Thatch wasn't a fodder. Apparently base Teach is strong as fuck according to Ace's Novel. Prime for Prime, they would give any top tier crew a run for their money but they will ultimately lose to the likes of BMP and Beast Pirates.
