post wano, i fully see strawhats getting insane bounties. they will be a fully established yonko crew and fake news morgan will wank the shit out of luffy and the strawhats feats. i full expect luffy to have a higher bounty than kaido. so zoro and sanji having bounties around 1.7 billion is possible. a shichibukai like jinbe will not even be top 3 fighters in strawhats (4 if yamato joins). imagine the story morgan writes about luffy beating kaido and bigmom and also taking away his daughter as a member.
Story wil still have higher bounty than Luffy last bounty leaving Wano

zoro and sanji ~ 1.7 bil ( i expect zoro to have higher bounty but not too much).
yamato (if she joins) ~ 900 mil - 1 bil {won't be surprised if she already has a bounty considering kaido has plans where she is crucial and he is in contact with cipher pol/world govt}

yeah agreed, whatever blackbeard is doing right now involves beating the marines to something so he'll probably be the most wanted pirate in the world post wano. all im saying is luffy gonna have higher bounty than kaido for sure.

also morgan LOVES to wank luffy. the headline will probably read something like luffy is mastermind behind attack against 2 yonkos where he makes kidd, law, drake and kaido's daughter as his underlings. he claims wano for himself and he'll have three of the four road ponegliffs. so world govt gonna panic like crazy as well.
add to that his crazy lineage - son of dragon, grandson of garp the fist, brother to fire fist ace son of pirate king, brother to revolutionary sabo (who did some crazy shit as well). only man to invade all three govt facilities. only man to invade wci and return back since gol d roger. defeated two yonkos in a single battle. has 3 road ponegliffs. has power over crucial territories like fishman island and wano.
if blackbeard doesn't do something drastic like killing shanks or getting a ancient weapon for himself , luffy will definitely be the most wanted pirate alive.
