I made a separate post about it, but here's my final guess for Marco's bounty. I think it will relate to the number "24", as his DF is the Tori Tori no Mi Model "Fushichou" (literally "Immortal Bird", aka Phoenix). So, in Goroawase we have 2(fu) and 4(shi).
So the possibilities are:
1.240.000.000
1.024.000.000
1.002.400.000... and so on.

There has been a misunderstanding about the XXX XXX XXX thing that implies Marco's bounty is lower than 1b.

Its part of the promotional image that they released for the VC packs, like a teaser : Find out Marco's Bounty in the pack XXX XXX XXX

The actual printed version won't have that, so there is still a chance the XXX XXX XXX numbers on the promotional image aren't accurate and the actual bounty number on the card is > 1B

What is goroawase

It’s a popular type of mnemonic wordplay. Oda has used it with a lot bounties (at least for the Yonko, Roger, and WB), and it’s the main reason why we think Luffy’s final bounty will have a 56 in it (5 = go, 6 = mu).

Applying it to Marco you would think his bounty has a 2(fu) and 4(shi) in it since Phoenix in Japanese begins with fushi.

Roger is 5.5 billion, so yeah Luffy will get there 5.6 when he becomes Pirate King. But I think his final bounty will get to 10 billion.
