Akainu can be strong enough to be a Yonko, and so can Oden.

Linlin can oneshot vets with adoc punch or homie attack. She can 2 shots high tiers. She could no diff Morley, Karasy and Lindbergh then mid diff Sabo in 1v4.
BM and Kaido were toying with 3 high tiers + Inbetweener Kidd and 1 low top(luffy)
Base Kaido destroyed kidd and Killer in 1v1 Fuji and GB can't even low diff Sabo and 3 vet tier dudes I'm 2v4.

I doubt it, he's probably just gonna be a bonafide Top Tier. The strongest character is probably gonna become Blackbeard, I think Oda will make him as strong as he originally intended back then, but near EoS.

Why? Her bounty is 300 million lower than Kaido, and 700 million lower than Whitebeard. That gets reflected in the bounties.

How's Kizaru or Kuzan winning? Luffy can stall in base or g2 by using fs and adcoc then go g4 to beat them extreme diff. They won't tank hits like kaido/BM
Snakeman counters Kizaru /Kuzan (who might have fs)
Boundman handles Fuji/GB and even Akainu
