I mean the dude has atleast the two types of haki, crazy observation haki and was stated to have all rokoushiki techniques.

However xdrake should atleast have soru and geppo. I mean even tashigi has soru

so far if you look at it none of beast pirate even use haki besides kaido which is expected and ulti.
It seems like oda doesnt like opponent using haki unless they fight luffy which is dumb

X Drake being a defected marine rear admiral is public knowledge I’m pretty sure. So there would be no reason to hide rokoushiki if he had it.
