Yeah, i'm pretty sure they lost their 6 Paths powers from the end of Naruto, at least in Boruto.

Sasuke kept his Rinnegan, but he only uses it for the switch up power and the teletransportation / dimension portals.

Probably that is the case, they where basically gods in the end of the war against Kaguya.
For Boruto they get nerfed so the enemies could fight them back.
Let be honest how shitty even Kaguya was, she did with both Momo and Ishiki fail(don´t wanna spoiler much about this but if you read the manga you know what I mean with Ishiki and Kaguya) to do. She absorb the Shinjuutree and fuse with the Juubi.
