It's a decent guess for now. I will keep going back to the fact that Oda had Jinbe shatter the floor.
That and Inu obviously has no shot at beating Jack for the following reasons.

1. Inu was shown to only be at best equal to Base/Beast Jack. Hybrid Jack mid diffs Base Inu, and Inu won’t be able to use Sulong
2. Oda would have Neko helping Inu if he wanted the Minks to KO him since both have the same grudge against him
3. Inu would be achieving much more than any of the other Scabbards are achieving if he beats a Calamity, so it won’t happen
4. Only SHs will beat BP officers. Luffy beats Kaido. Zoro beats King. Sanji beats Queen. Jinbe/Brook beat WsW. Robin beats Maria. Franky beats Sasaki. Nami beats Ulti. Usopp beats P1 (hopefully he gets back up). Inu beating Jack would be extremely out of place
5. Inu is a trash side character that nobody actually cares about and isn’t that important to the narrative, so it makes no sense for him to do something as important as beat a guy ranked equally with Zoro and Sanji’s opponents

So this chapter confirms Inu/Neko/Ashura Doji> any tobiroppo
Jack did say the flying 6 aren't capable of being injured scabbards. Jack doesn't overestimate or underestimate the enemy. He just does what he needs to, regardless of whether he succeeds or not.

I think the some of the flying 6 don't take the enemy as serious as they should.

I still like Who's Who, don't really care if some people want to bash on him.:kayneshrug:
Whoswho is a well put together character with a trauma.
Dude got tortured and it created triggers for him.
Shanks is the reason he was imprisoned and he holds a grudge against him and Luffy, who not only ate the fruit, but also carries the same straw hat. He holding onto some mythical being in order to survive prison is a cool touch for the character.
A brief appearance, but a solid one, IMO.
WhosWho is a great character.
People who bash him are simply wrong.:kayneshrug:
