Actually I think healthy Zoro is indeed likely stronger than GB right now, I wonder how much that double pain stuff would affect him in the long run however. It's unclear which pain exactly will be doubled. I think it's probably going to be the one he was experiencing pre being healed but it might also be the one he will receive later.

In a certain sense double pain doesn't seem so massive for someone like the Grandmaster. He is so used to endure pain.

Thiller Bark Zoro was peaked. We need that kind of Zoro back.

Given the side effects of the miracle drug, Zoro is likely to be nerfed post Wano unless the crew stay in Wano for months just to recover.

It'll be similar to what happened after Thriller Bark and maybe even worse than that.

Story wise it will help Oda write in more difficulty and challenges with incoming enemies since a 100% SH crew will be tough for even Yonko level characters post Wano.

For Zoro fans it will be annoying to see him nerfed but if Zoro has more Wano feats incoming in the more immediate future I think it'll be okay.

Pretty sure SH will stay at wano for some days to celebrate their wins . Luffy already tell the crew to make the best celebration after their wins in wano .. before entering onigashima.

Zoro's double pain & injury will be healed during the stay .

Having a full strength Luffy, full strength Zoro and potentially even full strength Yamato post-Wano will make the SHs wayy too strong. At that point they could solo a Yonkou.

Expect frequent nerfs and plot convenience/PIS until we get to Raftel. Nice of Oda to let us know about Zoro's temporary post-Wano nerf so early in advance lool.

I think Oda is nerfing him because he'll master CoC and start using Asura for a very extended period, would not be fair for his opponents to face healthy asura mode.
