not really he didn't need to dodge bege's attack since it couldn't hurt him he also didn't dodge pedro's because pedro didn't attack him it was him who attacked luffy and pedro got in the way.
He dodged 1 attack in total which was jinbe's.

this is how worstgen works. people dont get stronger, they make everyone around them weaker. whoever usopp takes out this arc is going to be the weakest fighter even if he takes out big mom with conquerors haki bullets
