It's possible for this to be true. There's a possibility that the cult leader's wincon itself in the game isn't necessarily to outnumber town. But that's tinfoiling and I don't want to get down that train of thought without much evidence. I prefer the theory that Dest came up for it.

I think it's pretty likely that Midnight and UwU got culted considering the fact that both players confirmed through a revive and by the host(I assume in Midnight's case it was an innocent child write-up).

Though, if the theory that killing the cult leader reverts them back to town is true then we don't need to worry about them. However, the thing is, if this was true then it'd be nonsensical for a cult chat to exist in the game as that would literally confirm all the culted townies to one another. They'll pretty much be masons which is whack.

Just know that people were protected and their votes were increased, I'm not going through all my targets.

Looks to me like a hybrid role. Never seen this before but likely yes, he was still town at least partly. Or else there'd be no point in that wincon remaining.
