Sanji FC trying to powerscale every feat to Sanji really hurts their case because it amplifies Sanji's apparent weakness instead.

And it's not just here on WG. Even on Youtube this is a similar case (KOL outright mentioning Sanji can tank Hakai better than Zoro was a WTF moment for me).

just like "this is irrelevant" is a claim

and "if this was relevant then i'd still argue what zoro said was figurative and not literal" is a conditional statement..

Zoro didn't say he wants to cut Kaido. He said he will do it.

RS Sanji was going to have a hole from a bird pecking him , we have never seen a single CoA feat from sanji yet. Oda gave him RS to compensate for his Defense.

Rokushiki user's have already conditioned their fingers to be able to withstand smashing through concrete, even without armament Haki, with Shigan.

WsW used Shigan and Armament haki in tandem, and still got his finger snapped like a twig.

I'll defend Sanji when it's needed, but lets not pretend him possibly bruising Black Maria's knuckles is comparable to Jinbei snapping the finger of a Rokushiki user who was using armament haki.

Back in the pre timeskip days I tied a lot of Sanji's actions to the time he ran up on Cricket and got sent scrambling when dude pulled out a gun. Sanji is clever but can be as reckless as anyone, which isn't good for a guy who fights with self imposed handicaps

from sanji's perspective a screaming girl= girl in need ... it has happened several times.. with Violet with Tashigi .. to sanji they need help but the author does this to put certain idea and developments in place when the outcome isnt' favored like in this case.... its all up to you reading the story to read between the lines..

The problem here is, is it Black Maria using Armament Haki to punch Sanji using Armament Haki, or Black Maria just punching Sanji with her normal fist while he's using Armament Haki.
