According to One Piece " data book _ Viver Card-Index", it seems that Sanji can also use the power of Observation haki to "see the future."
The image is seen in Moore Haki and Sanji dodges the attack of Charlotte Katakur (who can see several directions from the future).

Translation of the last sentence:
"Some may see a more distant future through focus."

the example they gave is Sanji.. tho I'm not sure of the authenticity.. but oda did draw luffy's FS panels in the same manner

1. Katakuri sees Future ---> He saw Priest shooting Sanji but he Dodged it
2. Katakuri decides to Interfere & Change Future ---> This Results in Katakuri not knowing the "New Future"
3. Katakuri shoots Sanji but he Dodges ---> Katakuri is Surprised that he Dodged that too because he never saw this Future

I can't believe that even after many Years, people still can't Understand that Scene !!

What the hell are you even saying. Your sentence is shit and you have the nerve to take a butter knife and smear it all over this very different topic. Like if it says A for Apple and shows you an A, it's not an apple it's an A. If an apple is pictured then that's 1:1. A picture of Sanji used for Observation in general doesn't mean he has all of the abilities listed. So getting back to your picture book, whatever they show, if they say, "A is for apple and aardvark" then common sense says that the picture doesn't necessarily include of all of possible items associated with the letter.

why would they show sanji if they want to mention FS.. why not luffy or Katakuri.. and they talk specifically about FS and nothing else..

Rule of thumb is:
Stop sucking Oda's dick with dumb "dubious" shit that he intentionally "hides" just for some "surprise" and stalling later on.
Sanji will get Future Sight when some character says something like "is he seeing into the future?" "He has future sight as well!".
Until then, he doesn't.
Fuck these dubious shit that allows Oda to retcon the shit out of this story.
