The only thing Zoro remotely shits on Sanji in is being a Stoic character
If you think any of that itty bitty stuff compares to what Sanji went through the entirety of WCI from his upbringing to his family and protecting his crew who he really saw as his true family then idk what to tell you besides the fact that you are a true bias sanji hater and I’m sure you’re aware of that lol

Sanji had SH's and Zeff as his true family way before WCI happened and you know this.
WCI shit with Germa's backstory didn't add much to Sanji's character because we knew who he treats as his true family. Pointless plot and waste of time. ( At least for me. I grew tired of backstories tbh. I'm one of few people who just CBA to bother about Zoro's backstory/family ).
Fighting wise majority of y'all thought he is going to beat everyone from Ministers to Cracker to Katakuri.
None of that happened and all he did was baking a fucking cake.
The only real difference between Zoro and Sanji is basically that we know what led to him and Zeff living together.
The same will be with Zoro if he ever gets family backstory bullshit. We will just know what led to Zoro living in the Shimotsuki village.

Wano is Zoro's arc. You need to understand that Zoro is a hype/badass character, that's his narrative function in the story.
He won't have a problematization arc like Robin/Sanji(who had to leave the crew because of their past issues, and then deal with the consequences of that act).
Giving to Zoro incredible feats is Oda's way of making him shine.
