If Roger is just a pure haki fighter I think he gonna have all three advanced Haki forms.
In Oden case I think he has advanced CoA too since he most like get stronger on Whitebeard ship.

Let see how this battle gonna come out, for sure it gonna be very impressiv to see these monster fighting each other.
I think Oden gonna match Rayleigh and make his name which Roger let think to let join him in his crew.

We'd probably only see a clash, then end result with injuries on both sides with marine observers recognizing both as equals at that point(though it was already implied before), with both finding a compromise leading to Oden recruitment somehow in Roger's final voyage. Not only Oda loves to off-panel these events, but Oda might also not want to show their full strength before EOS

Also timeline match as well. Remember these events are happening 26years ago
