Although it was sometimes after that people called the era Roger’s words brought forth the Great Pirate Era, but those who already stand out during this time were the Great Pirate Generation. Even now, the “Four Emperors”, “Royal Warlords of the Sea” etc, many of them still hold power.

It has been 3 years? Coz the Era ended at MF when WB died.
I guess Luffy has been pirate for 3 years now

Or are they saying People who started sailing between 24-3 years ago are from Great pirate era and not Worst Gen?

Doffy had the Tenryuubitos by their balls, while doing business with Kaido and poisoning Whitebeard.
Doflamingo was low diffing YC level people like Jozu and Law. His endurance shits on Queen, who is a Zooan. His frozen bounty was higher than Moriah's who went toe to toe with Kaido. The dude was ridiculously powerful to the point where Law and Luffy combined was not enough, and Oda had to use Dressrosa Citizens to hide Luffy and Law.
Comparing him to YCs was dumb af. The guy was a raid boss vs. 2 Top Supernovas, while Luffy took down the strongest YC 1 v. 1. Sanji got fucking no diffed by Doffy, and all he needs is a raid suit to beat Queen.

Man, even going that far into that detail doesn't matter. Luffy beat Crocodile and Enel without Gear 2, and he needed Gear 2 to beat Blueno by his own admission. Different opponents require abilities.
What matters is the total effort to take down someone. Someone like Cracker gets taken down as a gag. This was the aftermath of Doffy's defeat
Luffy and Law are not enough. Zoro, an army, and an Admiral pushing back his birdcage. Dressrosa is completely destroyed.
No one but the Admirals and Yonkos have this kind of portrayal. Only the best of the best get final villain raid boss privileges, i.e. Doffy, Douglas Bullet, Big Mom, potentially Kaido, etc...
