One Piece Where’s Wally makes this automatically the best chapter of post-skip. Spent more time going through that than the chapter.

Luffy and Zoro getting set up to dramatically come back in the same chapter, loving that.

Franky vs Sasaki is a classicly gloriously stupid One Piece fight. Tricelocopter, lol, excellent shit right there. Franky saying he’s at the live floor, the mention of Franky loving Queen’s tech, the Shogun taking all the damage instead of him- helping against Queen? Only downside is that I’m not a massive fan if the Shogun, I prefer Franky fighting by himself, and other than V Slash earlier he didn’t really show anything new.

Yamato’s transformation, well, it’s certainly unique. Not sure if Kaido wanted to save the fruit for a person (no one stands out for that, my wildest guess would be Yamato’s mother but that’s very unlikely) or, more likely, to be experimented on to try and perfect SMILES. Either way, looks very good. Be very interesting to see it in colour

If it’s some sort of Inu Inu model then with Luffy, Marco, Yamato and Momo we’ve got the full Momotaro reference. I don’t know my mystical Japanese beasties well enough to guess what it could be.

Onward to Black Maria, I guess, after the stupid Olympic break.

At this point I want Yamato's "I'm Oden" shit to be the tragedy of act 3.

This oden wanna be act + being strong & having a cool devil fruit & a connection to ace isn't what's going to make me like them as an actual character.

If Yamato is supposed to be a strawhat then this is a sloppy start, even after giving Yamato a chapter to introduce themselves to Momonosuke properly.

If this is their gag then I can see Yamato being in my bottom 3 alongside Franky and Chopper.

So Franky hit Sasaki countless around the hour with fatal blows and Sasaki was still looking clean, he really probably has the best durability of the flying six.

Not to undersell Franky's AP but even though Sasaki has pretty good durability, his durability feats still pale in comparison to Ulti's and his apparent weak spot in his belly is also a minus point for him. Ulti is defo the most durable Tobi Roppo imo ^^

Anywho! on the chapter itself, Franky v Sasaki was dope~! and even though it was short it was a lot more enjoyable and satisfying than Jinbe v Who's Who . If I had one gripe about the fight though, it'd be Oda conveniently making Sasaki's belly his weak point to give Franky and easier path to victory. Except of course the Triceratops are known for having soft bellies or sumin like that. That said, Franky was pretty dope this chapter and has proven that he's a force to be reckoned with even amongst the SHs and if Sanji's words to Queen this chapter are anything to go by he is only gonna be getting much stronger from this point onwards ^^

Lastly, Sanji being so casual against Hybrid Queen in base is pretty bizzare lol but I ain't complaining. Queen is gonna get destroyed once Sanji puts on that RS.

Funny to a degree how Sasaki was acting as a tricera copter and all that, but it wasn't translated well with the drawings and choreography. Somehow those panels with Franky and Sasaki felt stiffly drawn. I think Oda's current art style is lacking the dynamism of the movement in his drawings he once had before...

nope , nonsende , everybody wıll be free until they come back . after robin and sanji matchups which probably we will see next three chapter, all straw hats will be non opponent.
why are you just thinking luffy and zoro . it is hard to understand. with your logic , all straw hat should go together . cuz , zoro and sanji are at same location . ground floor.

Oda is rushing all 1 vs and concluding 1 after the other before we have a matchup for Zoro (that is very odd) in which he is facing the opponent for a few chapter like the other straw-hat. Very odd from Oda, this is the first time that actually is happening for an arc. Onigashima sound more special xD.

Sanji vs Queen alredy for 3 chapters (we have seeeing even queen advanced form).

Marco vs King is one of the longest fight in Onigashima, I d like to expect something interesting coming out there.

Kaido vs Yamato, I get the feeling that this fight will end pretty soon, Oda alredy show Yamato form (2.0 sulong form of Carrot)
