DF were suppose to be very rare, now are very common and it's possible to creat aritifical DF now (SMILE, Vegapunk Fish DF)
CoC was suppose to be very rare as well and become more and more common...
Do you think there'll be an artifical way to get CoC even if you didn't born with it furthur in the series?

but the thing is that CoC is related to the spirit not the body, one must be chosen by the heavens to possess it.

swords and devil fruits also chose their users, but there are swords that must be tamed, and devil fruits/related abilities can now be created trough scientific means, though they require specific conditions like vinsmoke siblings modification during a fetus state or pacifista's lost of individuality and self, and even the smile fruits chose 1 out of 10 to give them powers.

In Paradise it was CoC that was rare and few had.

Now we are in a place where only the strongest stay, the New World, so ofc we are getting more ppl with it. But there are still very few, so it is still a very rare power.

You can't compare SMILE to DF. SMILE are a joke compared to DF.

But yes CoC will have a similar treatment. I once said in this forum that literally everybody has all 3 types of haki and you can't proof otherwise. There is literally nothing stopping any character of One Piece from revealing to be a CoC user.

The issue with SMILE is that only a very few of them turn out be useful. Most will just end up like Kamazo.

Actually,if you count all devil fruits and consider OP world actually has millions or billions of people,you will realize they are very rare!So is COC,but since we are getting introduced to the top dogs of the pirate world,we will see more of them so it feels like everyone has it nowadays!
