Most likely golden sperm. Bang and his brother were able to just destroy the outer shell of elder centipede. If I'm not mistaken at that point Bang was ready to sacrifice himself to let the others escape. But even if it was to go down together with EC either way golden sperm is above EC.

There is a huge difference between holding back Bang and fullpower Bang, Bang brings Bomb to capture Garou, because if he goes fullpower he could kill Garou, Bomb says Bang sucks at holding back when he goes fullpower, he can't control it, they wanted to capture Garou alive,
Also Bang never went fullpower against Elder Centipede, before he could go fullpower, Saitama arrived. I think he could beat Elder Centipede at full power.
I think Bang is very underrated, people forget Bang is the main reason why Garou has become a ''God level'' threat and that powerful, all because of Bang's trainings and because Garou was Bang's best student. And Bang is no.3 in S class heroes for a reason.
You want to discuss this based on the power level of WEB COMIC or manga (great quality?), because manga follows something totally different (not that different), it's not totally loyal to WEB COMIC.

You can notice that the executives ALL received a power boost (BUFF), they are stronger than in the WEB COMIC version.
It's kind of hard because SILVER BANG has techniques, for example Darkshine can't beat him because of SILVER BANG's self-defense, his techniques, and the golden sperm has only shown physical abilities, but he can change things with sperm and create for example a giant arm etc...
I'm one of those people who thinks the best defense is attack, so I give the victory to ESPERM GOLDEN.

The beggar emperor's body is human, if the beggar emperor's offensive power sphere does not decimate half of the golden sperm's body, if he resists the offensive he wins. The beggar emperor will not resist 3 attacks from GOLDEN ESPERM, he can even fall on the first punch, his body is human.
Homeless Emperor is much stronger than its version of WEB COMIC, the BUFF of the current executives was very big, compare the two fights between the version Homeless Emperor versus zombie man (WEB COMIC) and the manga (with quality), the homeless emperor won practically sitting the zombie man.
In talent,feats, WEB COMIC's GOLDEN ESPERM is light years ahead of the homeless emperador.
I don't remember well, but it was him or GAROU who BLITZed everyone.

The ancient centipede survived a fight against BLAST, it had to be taken out of the scene by SAITAMA himself, if she were currently alive, she would be abnormal considering the BUFF executives received, centipede and goketsu were the two strongest executives ( my opinion), if they were alive it would be extremely strong for the current heroes considering the difference in powers of the WEB COMIC executives and the current manga, the current manga are much stronger the author BUFFED them all, SILVER BANG was doing 1x2 with brother's help versus the centipede.
Shiryu is at CLASS S level and received a beating from goketsu, NEGATIVE DIFFERENCE,the same thing happened with the regatta.

Nah, he never said that, though I agree it would be high-extreme diff fight obviously,
Still I wouldn't underestimate Elder Centipede, even Saitama used Serious Punch to kill it, and it survived even a fight with Blast in the past when Elder Centipede was even smaller.
Saitama wouldn't need Serious Punch for Golden Sperm.
