This man suddenly knocked out fodder, he knows thats CoC, but when Kaido reveals that to him he says "Wut are you talkin about dude?"

Boy stop your bullshit. Rubber combined with haki and heat further increases luffys durability. It's called vulcanization. As stated by Rayleigh.

Again swords grant Zoro the ability to cut. He can replicate similar moves with no swords since he has an actual fighting style designated for not blade use. And the only difference was that his force was blunt instead of sharp. There is zero evidence that suggest his strength increases because of swords. Infact the SBS is against your notion. Why? Because Zoro actually trains his swordsman ship so that he can release all of his natural physical strength throw his blades with out them breaking etc etc.

The only time Zoro used mutoryo was against fodders in davy back game. You would be crazy to believe Zoro would have even 1/10 of the attack power he does with no swords.
And all this vulcanization theory is just bullshit. There is no where in the manga it is mentioned that the Luffy covering his body with haki is vulcanization. It is basic armament haki. Nor it is confirmed anywhere in the manga tha Luffy is made up of vulcanised rubber. Luffy tanking Boro breath was his own feat and guts.
Also you keep forgetting Luffy has future sight and advanced coa which Zoro does not have.

Bullshitter again it was explained by Rayleigh when Luffy was using armament haki. He mtnioned the word vulcanization. The sbs disagrees with you in reference to zoros strength. Swords add the ability to cut. He does not become PHYSICALLY weaker not having them. His attacks simply become blunt instead of sharp.
