Toei are the guys that made Brook scream in pain after taking a hit from Big Mom's lightning attack and then later on the manga confirms that Brook is immune to lightning, so to sum it up i wouldn't trust Toei with my goldfish, they can do great animation, but they should stop adding so much random stuff that messes up the story later on when it gets retconned by the manga
