General & Others Rivals according to Japan and why Sanji and Zoro are actually rivals.

Rivals does not mean equals or even same level. Just using op for a few
1. Shanks and buggy
2. Lucci and jabra
3. Roger and crocus
Using other anime
1. Yusuke and kuwabara
2. Sakura and ino
3. Gray and lyon
Zoro and sanji are rivals but rivals in a brotherly sense not rivals in a competitive sense. Zoro nor Sanji never not even once have taken a fight to a serious point cuz they will never need to actually beat each other. They fight cuz they don't get along like oil and water.

Do you understand the use of superior?? Jimbei was stronger than sanji?? Tell me what sanji did to surpass him then ..cos.i have not seen sanji have any haki blooms or some shit like that . Your clown ass thinks being superior means you are stronger, absalom would not have being ryumahs zombies superior cos he was clearly weaker than ryumahs zombie . Even though jimbei was never stronger than sanji in the first place. Nami thinks otherwise?? Nami would beat sanji anyways so what's your point??

You haven’t addressed one thing, everything Zoro and Sanji do in their “rivalry” is a gag. While most of everyone else you mentioned in your list have rivalries that affect the actual plot and affect their characters
The fact that Mello and Near were rivalries is the reason Light got defeated. What exactly outside of gags, has come out of Zoro and Sanji being “rivals” for the last 1020 chapters of manga?
