Yes there isnt so im glad we agree that once something tangible comes up we do what needs to be done.And your actual problem is that even talking to them makes you react like that. Trial by fire is something i believe in.

And also, for something tangible to happen they would need to be kept in mind and engaged in interractions and other things.
