Doffy not using one of his most efficient attack when Oda wants to draw a real good entertaining fight. Doffy using parasite each time would put the Mc in too much danger or make the fight boring. Or Oda should have invented some ways for Luffy to counter it.

Against Sanji soda wanted to say something else : short clash, doffy hype, sanji removal.

If Oda makes a Sanji vs Luffy fights trust me he will make Sanji reaction good enough to hit Lucy numerous times and being good enough to push him quite far. More than his base that surprisingly Doffy never managed to caugh in parasite ….

Zoro in the timeskip was following luffy's decesion of straw hats staying where they are and build up their strength to be ready for the new world, zoro never said he'll get stronger just to help luffy unlike the other members.
Zoro even said while commenting on luffy's CoC that he'll take charge as captain if luffy couldn't at leadt do that, which means he considers himself equql to luffy.

Still missing the point. If Luffy´s dream was not above his, he would never have asked the literal dude he has to beat to train him, he would have went on his journey and tried differently.
Literally because Luffy asks to train and get stronger to conquer the New World, Zoro asks.

Agreed, it's like a bunch of mera mera users lol but there are a few ways it could be interesting.

King's race could have some relation to the Sun God plotline hence the ability to control fire. They are pretty much extinct and lived on the red line so I imagine they were purged by WG by order of Imu.
Or if DFs are man-made they could be the prototype for the mera mera for example.
And lastly, maybe King was also experimented on and his lineage factor was used by Judge which could maybe explain Sanji's ability to spontaneously combust.

Even more than powerlevel contest i actually want to explore a character's relevance to the lore, so yeah if King is a race that have a relation to Nika for example they worship Nika or they actually hate the myth of Nika that they developed special fire magic that have special properties etc, imo it'll be fun to read aside from the battle itself.
