1) All the Wa No, Oden and minks backstory
2) Support Ace´s brother, Luffy and his crew, and make sure they rise to the occasion.

He says it to King and Queen, the commanders of Beast Pirates.
Their counterparts from the new generation is overtaking the old generation in the respective equivalent.
When Luffy said to Crocodile "i will surpass you" it also did not mean he is surpassing every Shichibukai.
The rising stars, equivalent of commanders in the Strawhats, are overtaking the all stars of Beast Pirates.
The argument of new and old obviously relies on the context of who is implied in the statement.
Apoo is also part of the new generation, he ain´t overtaking nobody.

And both are defensive feats, which admittedly does not get enough recognition around here.
But his decisive feat, something that played out to the end and not only one scene or two, was matching Ace for 5 days.
And that Ace was a pirate for approx 3 years already.

Him caring or not is irrelevant though when it is the statement that is important. It is simple consistency. If we are going to ssy Marco calling Sanji a star means he is above Jinbei then same principle should be applied to him calling Zoro, Chopper, Brook and Robin the muscle etc.

And yet Marco doesn't even know Jinbei in part of the crew

And we don't know Ace's level back then nor Jinbei's and how much they got stronger afterwards.

Why not? Papazuki lowdiffed WB and extreme diffed Aokiji. Fujitora couldn't be an Admiral if he is not as good as Aokiji or Akainu.

Fujitora beating WB or Kaido is VERY believable no matter how you look at it. :brootea:

Cause you using one off like we didn't get a whole fight. Chopper blocked BM, Nami lit her ass up. People can have decent one off feats. They are not lasting in a fight though. We got a whole fight from Jenbei and it was a mid diff fight. The flying 6 are not remotely comparable. Franky ultimate move is fidder clean up for queen who spams it like its noting. Queen has taken attacks from a person of Marco caliber, and snuck by Sanji like 3 Times with Diable and doesn't look that much damage. He not surpose to be going mid diff with a flying 6. Thats mid trio shit.
