Sanji was stronger than Jabra, his first diable jambe made Jabra pass out for a few seconds, then sanji tanked half his attack, flexing both his durability and intelligence

Sanji had to come up with something to beat his Skywalk at the last second, and before diable jambe he was clearly dominating him, kicking him around, even Jabra was surprised by his strength

Sanji wins by overcoming the dirty tactics, then he can overpower his opponent with ease, he had to overcome Jabra's durability, and he did just that

How is he waiting for an opening he rushed into Kaku's attack he wasn't sitting there waiting for it.

Sanji couldn't bypass his Tekkei, Sanji got hits on Jabra when he wasn't using his Kenpo however when he was he wasn't doing any damage.
(this again proves why you can't compare Zoro and Sanji, Zoro could break tekkei Sanji couldn't)

Yes exactly now you're getting it, Sanji came up with a plan to beat Skywalk cause he was heavily wounded - once more keep in mind Jabra specialty isn't Geppo its Tekkei, Sanji jumped into the air knowing Jabra would try to capitalize on the situation.
