Fuji was obviously not testing to see what Flower's reaction is. She wasn't there to give one. The wagon was there to test everyone else's and I think the responses from Mel and Xlaw in particular both looked terrible.

it was still a test off how flower will start the day with 5 votes on her, but fuji is obv not here to pressure it more so we can do it for him

Sure, it might have been a bit of a test on Flower as well. But Fuji's test was directed more or less at everyone in the game and it proved fruitful. It ain't some big brain complicated shit about him being the Werewolf planting Exe seeds, or him being the actual Exe, or some other shit. He looks comfortable and very natural so far.
