Between FI and Punk Hazard
Both of them had heavy filler vibes, going through the motions. Hody was a shitty antagonist where Caesar is pretty amusing. Van Der Decken is probably the worst character in the series, but PH takes it because it assassinated Smoker for no reason. Oda can build him back up, but never had to break him down like that
Sabaody was great. Dressrosa and up, the arcs go too long but still hit like 7/10

Of course wano. Although we saw lots of good and epic moment for everybody and will keep seeing , wano has been most unconsistent arc. Until onigashima , we spent lots of waste time in wano long . During onigashima , fights and movement in there has been made low hype except roof and kinda bm vs Robin.
Throughout 3 4 years , oda prepared us 9 scabbards . Mostly we read what kinemons and his friends did to defeat kaido. And 9 scabbards totally Lost in onigashima after 4 5 kaido and kanjuro fights .
Also tobi robbo was met as a super power team . But we did not see any super power side.
I do not even mention Tama and momo obsessive chapters.
If this kids had written like chimney, would be perfect
In terms of the theme , after wci , design has been made perfect. Just I loved this side of wano arc.
Throughout 3 4 years , oda prepared us 9 scabbards . Mostly we read what kinemons and his friends did to defeat kaido. And 9 scabbards totally Lost in onigashima after 4 5 kaido and kanjuro fights .

Wano is lame... So many plot holes, and lame characters, most gifters looks like shit, most beast pirates are weak, the f6 got some hype in the beginning and then were low-mid diffed, a f6 got mid diffed by robin... without haki.
There is no sense of danger, most people gets revived, there are no casuallities, yeah, kaido ``killed`` kinemon, but he will come back, and even if he does not, there are so few people who gets injured.
People like Killer who gets captured by giffters and are send to udon, now fights 2 yonkos with full plot armor, and he got no damage from that fight.
Any one can fight kaido, no big deal, they fight him again and again like Luffy till Kaido drops. To much focus on Tama, and Momonosuke. Immo this arc feels like a waste of time. And it just goes on and on, so many useless chapters, and it seems that it will last another year at least.
Only Wcl is as lame in my oppinion. Fk the weding cakes. That arc was just a Luffy wank fiesta, destroying 2 commanders with full plot armor, and then just moving on to wano, wank fiesta for Luffy, cringe fiesta for Sanji, who was like a princess waiting to be saved, lame asf+Sanji did fking nothing in that arc only cry cry, and blah blah. Dunno but it felt kinda wrong how Oda abused Sanji yet again, just to make Luffy look cool.

I caught up with punk hazatd so i didn't pay attention to how enjoyable FMI was.
Imo it's Wano, cuz of kidd, law and their crews, while kid and law are fighting big mom it's disappointing for kid to forget about his grudge towards kaido and go for big mom, also law's initial plan was to overthrow kaido the least he could do is see it through till the end, and their crews minus killer are fighting fodder waiters.
Act 1 was fine, things started to go downhill in act 2 and beyond.

God just looking at that list just makes me think about how far OP has fallen. Any of those (with the exception of Zou IMO) could be in the argument for worst arc in the series, not just post timeskip.
For me I have to pick Fishman Island. The only thing I liked about this arc was the Fisher Tiger flashback, that’s it. Dressrosa, WCI, and Wano get a lot of hate, but those arcs at least have more than one redeeming quality, whether it be artwork, certain enjoyable characters, or story importance.

WCI. Among other things I really hated the ending, Luffy with half the crew stormed a yonko HQ, he brings back his man, stoles the road poneglyph, beats BM YC1 and YC3 making a fool of them while BM was making a fool of herself and finally we even get a fake climax where Luffy instead of getting the right retribution comes out perfectly fine.
WCI hands down.
