So if sanji beats queen without suit and zoro beats king using enma, that means full strength sanji > full strength zoro right?

The dialogue with Perospero definitely feels a bit off, but I think Perospero meant as in if Sanji stayed and "married" Pudding aka be killed then they would have had the Germa Kingdom and Technology and Big Mom wouldn't be forced to go to Wano and ally with Kaido.
