Pretty much. Although there are other roles like Necromancers who can raise killing roles and use them.

CL gets a basic attack with the Necro.
Medusa can always kill.
Necromancer can use any killing role like Vig or SK.
Hex Master has Astral Attacks.
Poisoner can poison.

why didnt they revive odd and kill with him? does it not appear on writrups?

It's possible to have a setup like that. I asked Zem. But if there is a mafia as well, I doubt there are a lot of indies.

Forgot Potion Master. He can attack, too. So it‘s highly weird there was no kill. At least 2 or 3 attacks are possible for a Coven.

In this case it might be just Mafia vs Coven vs Town with no 3rds running around.
