exactly my point. in every translation they only say that "fighting the two of them is very difficult."
they never say that "fighting the two of them was very difficult."

the samurai came to sanji to ask for help since marco is down and king, queen are burning everything.
sanji describes how tough what he's going to do is.

how does that mean he fought them both before?

He don't need to use past tense here at least in french
Here everyone understood that Sanji fought both of them
Both are done with that sentence

Sanji was making 1 vs 1 with queen . Marco was fighting King .
So , after falling Marco, sanji must have faced both for a while undoubtedly. Why don't you want to accept facts. Interesting.
But just we know how much time sanji fought against them. That is real question. If just 3 5 second, not be fantastic but 1 minutes and plus 1 minutes scenario would be great.

I share the same opinion.

I think some users were too shallow in their thought process (no offence implied) when it came to label King's power level next to Queen's. Evidence is suggesting the gap could make it a mid difficulty between the two eventually, which is not necessarily so astonishing. Some did not really realize King was likely King for also a power level reason.

Before this chapter it was Marco vs King and Sanji vs Queen, at the start if this chapter they are both lying on the ground, my assumption would be that King knocked down Marco and Sanji was knocked down by Queen. Then when they both get back up it is again Sanji matching up with Queen and Marco with King.

I don’t think that Marco would be lying on the ground for any great length of time just letting Sanji get battered around by two Calamities. He got up quick enough when Zoro was in danger.

2) Kid said fighting two yonkos together was tough, and by the sanji fan logic he must have taken both yonkos solo.

That's how I read it too, the Samurais were asking for Marco to stop King and Queen but he reached his limit. Sanji tried but fighting 2 YC was tough.

Zoloboys think King could 1v2 Marco and Queen but they would murder him in a minute.
