I think there would be no substantial reason for Robin to label herself as a wing. Wings were supposed to be referred to the sheer amount of support to the captain presumably, therefore they would fit the members capable of the most.

Official didn't imply the wings excluded Zoro tho when we have this chapter editor note referr to both of them. And it was said in an SBS too, these last two chapters simply refer to what the SBS stated

I change my prediction to Jinbe and Yamato being the "other wings" since Zoro and Sanji are confirmed as ones...
